As a homeowner, my builder says I can’t go on site during the build when I want to – is that right?

When your builder has possession of the site, your builder is in charge of the site from a Work Health and Safety perspective. However, the builder cannot prevent you from having reasonable access to the site.

To find out more details on what can and can't be done, go to our Homeowner FAQ page and search for "builder has possession".
